[Lawsuit for delivery of a building] Representing the lessee (defendant) in reaching a settlement at the desired amount (400 million won).

1. Background
Although the lease agreement was renewed in accordance with Korea’s Commercial Building Lease Protection Act, the lessor abused his position to forcibly evict the lessee.

2. Our Value
We argued that the lessee can exercise his right to renew the lease agreement for a 10-years term as set forth by Korea’s Commercial Building Lease Protection Act and were able to settle at lessee’s desired amount in response to the plaintiff's intention to meditate.

3. Significance
We succeeded in settling the dispute promptly at the amount satisfying the lessee’s expectation (400 million won), thanks to which the lessee was able to move out and relocate to more spacious commercial building.
