The Administrative Law Practice is steered by Senior Partner – Minseok Ko who served as public-service advocate in major government authorities, including Seoul Immigration Office, Overseas Koreans Office of MOFA Korea. Minseok Ko specializes in representing Russian-speaking immigrants, asylum seekers on their visa & nationality related matters before Seoul Administrative Court, and also acts as a public attorney for administrative appeal hearings handled by Administrative Appeals Commission. Minseok Ko has been involved in overall more than 300 administrative appeals or litigation cases.
